Acting head of the RF Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport appointed
Nadezhda Zhikhareva, deputy head of the RF Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) has been appointed acting head of the Agency.
She is replacing (so far, temporarily) Viktor Olersky, head of Rosmorrechflot and vice minister of transport, who has resigned recently.
N.Zhikhareva graduated from the Moscow State Water Transport Academy in 2003, in 2002-2012 she held various positions in the RF Transport Ministry, in she was appointed deputy director of the department of state policy in maritime and inland shipping of the ministry, and in 2016 was appointed deputy head of the RF Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport.
