Odessa Port Closed, Chornomorsk and Pivdenniy Operating

  • The Ukrainian Sea Port Authority has posted an update on the operations via the country’s ports.

    As of 8 a.m. on February 25, road entrance and exit to/from the ports of Skadovsk, Kherson, Nikolave, Olvia, Odessa, Chornomorsk, PIvdenniy, Bug-Dnestrovsk, Izmail, Reni, Ust-Dunaisk were closed, those to/from Mariupol and Berdyansk were open.

    Cargo traffic via most of the country’s ports are suspended, with the exclusion of Chornomorsk, Pivdenniy, Nikolaev, and Reni, which are partially operating.

    The Kherson Sea Canal, the Bug-Dnistro Lyman Canal and the Bystroe Mouth Canal are open for navigation, the Ukrainian Sea Port Authority said in its Facebook account.
