TransContainer in cooperation with Chinese and European partners has organized a test block train from China to France via the territory of Mongolia, Russia and Belarus.
The train carrying 50 containers laden with consumer goods, construction materials and electronic goods left Taiyuan in Shanxi province in China on June 2 and is scheduled to arrive to Paris on June 25.
The train was at the station of Brest-Vostochny, the border crossing from Belarus to Poland, on June 19, with the transit time making 3 days across China, 5 days across Mongolia, 7 days across Russia and 3 days across Belarus.
