Global Ports’ container terminal in Wrangel Bay, Vostochny Port, has handled the first call of the new Russia – China regular container service, Global Ports’ said.
The service between Qingdao in China and Vostochny Port is operated by China’s XLY (Qingdao Xinlianyun Supply Chain Co., Ltd).
The “Lian He Fa Zhan” made the first voyage to Vostochny delivering food products, household appliances, electronic devices and other consumer goods, car parts and special equipment.
The service frequency is twice a month. The transit time from Qingdao to Vostochny is 4-5 days.
