The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission has set zero import dues for manganese ore and concentrates and for titanium waste and scrap.
Titanium scrap is used as a secondary raw material for making titanium ingots and slabs.
Manganese ore and concentrates are used for manganese alloys that are used in steel production as a deoxidizer and as an alloying additive.
The both dues will be in force till August 31, 2028.
