An icebreaking tugboat was launched on August 14 at the Nobel Brothers Shipyard in Yaroslavl region, the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping that supervises the construction said in its messenger channel.
The customer is the Committee for Nature Management, Environmental Protection and Ecological Safety of the St. Petersburg government.
The vessel will be deployed in the Neva River.
