Ferrous Metal Scrap and Waste Export Quota Increased

  • The Government of the Russian Federation has expanded the quota for the export of ferrous metal scrap and waste, the Government press office said in a statement.

    The quota is increased by an extra 30,000 tons from 1.5 million tons to 1.8 million tons. The additional quota is to be distributed between exporters by the RF Ministry of industry and trade.

    The expanded quota will be in force till December31, 2025.
