New Container Rail Service from Rostov-na-Donu to Novosibirsk

  • FESCO Transport Group has launched a new container rail service from Rostov-na-Donu in South Russia to Novosibirsk in Siberia.

    The train will leave the station of Rostov Zapadny for the station of Novosibirsk Vostochny serving FESCO’s nearby container terminal twice a month. The transit time will make 5-6 days.

    The first train laden with 58 40’ units and five 20’ units departed Rostov-na-Donu on August 5.

    The service is aimed for domestic freight from South Russia to West Siberia including food products, consumer goods, chemicals, fertilizers and construction materials.
