According to the RF Federal Customs Service, in January-June 2018, Russia exported some 97 mn tons, exceeding the previous year’s result by 9.5%.
In June, coal export made about 19.5 mn tons, up 1.7% month-on-month.
In terms of value, coal export during H1 2018 amounted to $7.95 bn, up 20.5% year-on-year.
Coke and coal char export in January-June 2018 declined 3.3% down to some 1.5 mn tons.
In terms of value it grew 27.8% up to $380.9 mn.
