    Nurminen Logistics продал свое российское дочернее предприятие ООО «Нурминен Лоджистикс». Покупателем выступило ООО «Транслес», входящее в группу РТК.

    По информации Nurminen Logistics, положительный эффект от сделки на денежный поток компании составит 7 млн евро.

    В рамках сделки РТК получит контроль над подвижным составом ООО «Нурминен Лоджистикс» – более 350 вагонов, большинство из которых – специализированные вагоны для транспортировки лесных грузов. Оператором приобретенного подвижного состава будет «ТрансЛес».

    Как отметил генеральный директор «ТрансЛеса» Алексей Барбариуш, приобретение «Нурминен Лоджистикс» –первая сделка M&A компании за пределами СНГ.

    «Компания не уходит с российского рынка, – подчеркнул CEO Nurminen Logistics Марко Туунайнен. – Мы продолжим оперировать подвижным составом в России и оказывать услуги импортерам и экспортерам. В соответствии с новой стратегией, наша концепция оказания услуг базируется на арендованном подвижном составе, что позволяет сократить активы и оргструктуру. Компания будет оперировать подвижным составом для перевозки продукции лесной и химиечской промышленности, а также промышленных грузов».
