  • CMA CGM может увеличить долю в CEVA

    CMA CGM рассматривает возможность увеличить свою долю в CEVA Logistics.

    Линия заявила, что поддерживает решение совета директоров CEVA не принимать предложение о продаже компании, полученное от другого инвестора.

    Пор информации CEVA Logistics, совет директоров получил предложение продать компанию по цене 27,75 швейцарских франков (27,95 доллара) за акцию. От кого получено предложение, CEVA не раскрывает.

    В свете сложившихся обстоятельств совет директоров CEVA по просьбе CMA CGM, являющейся мажоритарным акционером компании, согласилась внести изменения в соглашение с CMA CGM о том, что линия не должна увеличивать свою долю в CEVA до 5 ноября 2018 года.

    В соответствии с этими изменениями, CMA CGM может увеличить долю в CEVA до трети голосующих акций.

    Напомним, на данный момент CMA CGM принадлежит в CEVA 24,99%, договоренность о приобретении доли была достигнута весной этого года. 

    На днях стало известно, что Chief Financial Officer CEVA Logistics назначен топ-менеджер CMA CGM Серж Корбель.
