    11 июня на Украине начался аудит Международной морской организации, целью которого проверка соответствия выполнения Украиной как государством порта, государством флага и прибрежным государством международных обязательств в сфере безопасности судоходства.

    По информации Администрации морских портов Украины, ранее в мае этого года Украина подписала с IMO Меморандум о сотрудничестве по участию в системе аудита государств – членов Международной морской организации.

    До этого в 2015 году на Украине побывали представители IMO, которые изучили сложившуюся ситуацию с выполнением обязательных инструментов Международной морской организации и подготовили отчет с рекомендациями по первоочередным мероприятиям по подготовке к аудиту.
