  • Free Port Regime for Sovgavan

  • A draft bill has been submitted to the RF State Duma on expanding the territory of the Free port of Vladivostok by including the Sovetskaya Gavan (Sovgavan port) in the free port zone.

    At the first stage, there are 15 investment projects with an aggregate private investment budget of 54 bn rubles planned there.

    The draft bill was developed by the RF Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.

    The document was already discussed and received approval at the session of the Government on March 1, 2018.
