    Специалист по договорной работе / Юрист
    (Работа в коммерческой сфере. Транспорт, логистика, морские перевозки)

    Обязанности:

    – Разработка проектов договоров и согласование их внутри компании;
    – Правовая экспертиза договоров (в том числе с иностранными контрагентами);
    – Контроль сроков согласования договоров;
    – Ведение реестра договоров, контроль исполнения и своевременного закрытия договоров, их оформления;
    – Участие в проведении проверки благонадежности контрагента;
    – Ведение переговоров с контрагентами по спорным вопросам;
    – Подготовка документов претензионного характера;
    – Консультирование сотрудников других подразделений Компании по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам.

    Требования:

    1.    Высшее юридическое образование;
    2.    Уверенное знание гражданского, налогового и административного законодательства;
    3.    Опыт договорной работы (желательно в транспортно-экспедиторских компаниях) от 3-х лет;
    4.    Владение английским языком. Уровень не ниже Intermediate;
    5.    Ответственность, пунктуальность, готовность к выполнению работы в установленные руководителем сроки.

    Условия:

    1.    Оформление согласно ТК РФ;
    2.    Стабильная заработная плата (определяется по итогам собеседования в зависимости от уровня квалификации кандидата);
    3.    Полис ДМС по истечении испытательного срока;
    4.    Возможность профессионального и карьерного роста;
    5.    Ближайшие ст. метро: «Нарвская», «Балтийская».
